Fellhallow ("Fellhallow", "we", "us") is a digital service operated by Federica Cabrera Doglio, based in Paris, France. By accessing or using Fellhallow you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Fellhallow is

Fellhallow is a subscription service that delivers serialized, interactive works of fiction in the romance/fantasy ("romantasy") genre. Stories are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and personalized using details you choose (such as a chosen name). All characters, names, places and events are fictional. Fellhallow does not provide companionship from, or communication with, any real person, and is not a chatbot relationship service.

2. Eligibility (18+)

Fellhallow contains mature romantic themes and is intended only for adults. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription, billing and renewal

Access beyond the free chapters requires a paid subscription billed at the price shown at checkout (currently US$9.99 per week unless otherwise stated). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Please see our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for details on how to cancel and on refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: reselling or redistributing content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, scraping, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property & AI content

The service, its design, and its underlying software are owned by Fellhallow. Story text is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Because content is generated with AI, it may be imaginative, inconsistent, or imperfect; it is provided for entertainment only and is not advice of any kind.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
