This policy explains what Fellhallow (operated by Federica Cabrera Doglio, Paris, France) collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Story inputs you provide (e.g. a chosen name, preferences and choices) — used only to generate and continue your personalized story. Stored locally in your browser and sent to our story provider to produce text.
• Usage analytics — anonymous/pseudonymous events (e.g. pages viewed, chapters read, checkout started) to understand and improve the product.
• Payment information — when you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the charge and a limited record (such as the related campaign tag), but we never receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

To provide and personalize the stories, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, measure performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Amplitude — product analytics.
• Anthropic — AI text generation for the stories.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to remember your story progress, and analytics identifiers to measure usage. You can clear these at any time via your browser settings.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the EU GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, billing records). Story inputs stored in your browser remain until you clear them.
